Payment rules and important notes
All prices are per apartment per week, based on the number of guests.
10% VAT is included in the price.
The city tax of € 2,90 per person per night is not included (guests under the age of 14 are exempt).
Our included services:

All our apartments are equipped with:

We kindly ask our guests to access the apartments only with slippers.

We do not allow pets.

To confirm the reservation a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay is required.

Check-In from 14:00 to 20:00.
Check-Out from 08:00 to 9:00.
Early or late check-in or check-out upon request.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations with at least 30 days notice, no penalty will be applied and the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations under 30 days from the arrival date, the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
In the case of no show, late arrival or early departure, the full value of the booking will be charged.
We recommend to cover yourself with a travel insurance.
